Guidelines: Community Halls

STM community halls are an important feature of our housing society, providing residents with a space to host events and gatherings. Whether it’s a birthday party, wedding reception, or cultural festival. Community halls offer a convenient and affordable option for hosting a variety of events.

  • The community hall(s) should be booked in advance to avoid last-minute hassle and confusion.
  • The residents should strictly adhere to the booking time and duration of the hall.
  • Please take help from gate security to park the outsider vehicle came to attend the function.
  • The hall should be kept clean and tidy, and no damage should be caused to the property or equipment.
  • Loud music or any other activities that disturb the peace of the society should be avoided, and any kind of music play is strictly prohibited post 11:00 PM. Use pre installed music system instead of renting an external music system.
  • Dismantling of temporary structures or any catering services should not happen post 11 PM
  • The upper limit for roof top pandal/temporary structure is 11 feet max. The organizer should keep this in mind and instruct the decorator accordingly.
  • The residents should take care of the safety and security of the hall and report any suspicious activity to the society.
  • Any damage or loss caused to the property during the event will be the responsibility of the resident who booked the hall.
  • The society may charge a security deposit for the use of the banquet hall, which will be refunded after the event if no damage is caused.
  • Any violation of the rules can result in the cancellation of the booking and penalty charges.
