Dear Residents of Siddha Town Madhyamgram,
I hope this message finds you and your families in good health and high spirits. As the President of our society, I wanted to take a moment to connect with you and share some important updates.
Firstly, I would like to thank each and every one of you for your cooperation and support during the recent CAM increase. I understand this was not an easy decision for many, but maintaining our society and keeping it in good shape requires a healthy cash flow. Your understanding and willingness to support this decision is truly appreciated.
We are also in a crucial phase, with the handover process from Siddha underway. This transition will significantly impact our daily lives if not managed well. Through our collective efforts, we have so far ensured that our society remains safe, functional, and pleasant. Let’s continue to follow the necessary guidelines set out in our bye-laws to keep it that way.
I urge all residents to take an active role in maintaining our common areas and facilities. A clean, well-maintained environment benefits us all. Let’s work together to ensure our surroundings remain safe, comfortable, and welcoming.
I also encourage everyone to share suggestions, ideas, and feedback, and to participate actively in our General Body Meetings. Your voice matters, and together we can make better decisions for our community. Please feel free to reach out to me or any committee member with your concerns or inputs.
Lastly, I want to remind everyone that our society is not just a collection of homes—it is a community. In challenging times, let’s support and help each other with kindness, understanding, and compassion.
Thank you once again for your cooperation and support. I am confident that with our united efforts, Siddha Town Madhyamgram will continue to grow as a vibrant and harmonious place to live.
Warm regards,
Suvankar Karmakar
President, Siddha Town Madhyamgram
